Exercise Your Privacy Rights

Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to access, correct, export, and delete personal information we hold about you. Use this form to submit a request.

Your rights under the Privacy Act

Access (APP 12)

You can request a copy of all personal information we hold about you. We will respond within 30 days.

Correction (APP 13)

You can request correction of inaccurate, out-of-date, incomplete, or misleading information.

Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and personal information, subject to legal retention obligations (e.g. tax records).

Portability

You can request an export of your data (CPD logs, search history, profile) in JSON or CSV format.

Identity verification: We may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request, to ensure we only disclose or modify information to the account holder.

Response time

We will respond to all privacy rights requests within 30 days as required by the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). For complex requests, we may extend this by a further 30 days with notice. If we are unable to fulfil a request, we will explain why in writing.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
