The extension flags clinical claims against curated guidelines. It does not author or advise.

API base URL

The deployed web app. Flags come from {API base}/api/check. Use http://localhost:3000 during development.

Install ID

Non-identifying id used for audit + rate limits. Auto-generated on first use if left blank.

Show related live literature

Adds a labelled "related published evidence" section under the flags (live Europe PMC retrieval). Context only — never a flag.
